Golfers Compete At First Meet

Culbertson’s boys placed second in the team standings at the Whitewater Golf Invitational in Malta. Wyatt Martin led the Cowboys by shooting a 95 for fourth place. Noah Martin took sixth place with a 98.

Glenn Sager placed eighth at 103 and Felixe Becker was 11th at 107.

Scores for Culbertson’s JVs were CeJaye Flinn with a 148 and Brailey Bigler with a 156.

On the girls’ side, Isabella Apple shot a 153 for ninth place. Brailey Bigler shot a 156.

The Froid/Lake Red Hawks opened their golf season at the Whitewater Invitational.

Top for Froid/Lake’s boys was Carsen Kelm with a 110 Top for Froid/Lake’s girls was Mira Bakken with a 127.

Bainville’s Chandi Johnson shot a 119 to qualify for the divisional meet.

Golfers will play in Glendive on Thursday, April 16.
