Brockton Sweeps Games In Frazer

Brockton’s basketball squads swept contests in Frazer on Saturday, Jan. 3.

In the boys’ game, the Warriors won by an 87-46 final.

Brockton jumped out to a 47-6 lead in the first quarter and held a 62-19 half-time advantage.

Top scorer for Brockton was Tefton Bear with 19 points. Adding 10 points each were Jarid Fast Horse, Ronnie Black Dog and Lakmi Youngman.

Thomas Black Dog and Miles Boxer added seven points each.

Gabe Beston scored 16 points for the Bearcubs. Bryce Four Star scored nine points. Zayden Hentges had eight points.

Brockton’s girls posted a 79-56 victory.

Brockton led 40-26 at the half and outscored Frazer 2714 in the third quarter.

Quintana Young scored 32 points for the Warriors. Tamryn Bauer tallied 19 points and went over 1,000 points for her career. Marlene Fish scored 14 points.

Leading Frazer were Bri-Anna Beston with 20, Bethany Hotomanie with 12 and Isabelle Fourstar with 10 points.
