Lions Down Red Hawks

Lustre Christian boys’ basketball squad posted an 84-19 victory over Froid/Lake on Thursday, Dec. 18.

The Lions jumped out to a 31-0 advantage in the first quarter.

Lustre added 30 more points in the second period for a 61-7 lead at the half.

Reaching double figures for the Lions were Joel Reddig with 18, Cam Reddig with 14, Johnslee Pierre with 14 and Hadden Olfert with 13 points.

Also scoring were Prestyn Klatt with nine, Chris Traeholt with seven, Diek Olfert with four, Gunner Damboise with three and Wheeler Damboise with two.

Carsen Kelm scored nine points for the Red Hawks.

Rounding out the scoring were Rylan Young with three, Eddie Orozco with three, Easton Marottek with three and Cody Olson with one point.
