Cowboy Palace Arena Holds First Competition As Part Of Series

The Cowboy Palace Arena is excited to announce that they had its first competition in more than 23 years. October through April, They are having gymkhana series for the whole family. The first gymkhana was Oct. 26.

There were 12 participants in a total of nine events plus a mystery event. The events include: barrel racing, flag race, stakes race, pole bending, ribbon race, keyhole, goat tying, goat tail tying and dummy roping. The mystery event was a Halloween Costume Contest. Characters were from Wyatt Earp to Flash!

Thank you to all the grandparents and parents who hauled the kids into participate. Thank you to everyone who helped make this a fun day for the families! Thank you to LeeAnn Rush for announcing.
