Runners Place In Scobey

Cross country athletes from Culbertson/Bainville and Froid/Lake competed at the Scobey Invitational on Friday, Sept. 12.

In the boys’ division, Cal Steppler of Culbertson/Bainville finished seventh with a time of 19:57.42.

Arlie Purvis placed 28th at 23:27.52. Gunner Glas took 33rd at 24:47.82.

Colton Glas finished 38th at 26:54.76.

Lane Bakken led Froid/ Lake’s boys by taking 22nd with a time of 22:22.72.

Bryce Murray placed 27th at 23:07.86. Easton Marottek took 37th at 25:58.43.

In the girls’ division, Rebekah Ellerkamp of Culbertson/ Bainville finished in 11th place at 26:33.28.

Froid/Lake’s Leah Murray took 28th at 32:19.82.
