Bowland Faces Criminal Endangerment Charges
Brandy Lynn Bowland is facing two counts of criminal endangerment and a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants from a vehicle incident that happened on March 23.
The criminal endangerment felony charges claim that Bowland was chasing another vehicle at a high rate of speed and hit that vehicle causing damage and injuries to the victims, which were minor females.
She faces maximum penalties of a $50,000 fine, 10 years in jail or both for each of the criminal endangerment charges.
The DUI count charges Bowland with driving a Ford pickup on County Road 1028 while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
If convicted of the DUI charge, penalties are 24 hours to six months in jail and a fine of between $600 and $1,000.
She is scheduled to make her initial appearance in District Court on April 25.
