Cookbook Club Meeting Scheduled In Poplar
The James E. Shanley Tribal Library in Poplar is hosting a cookbook club on Sunday, Feb. 26, at 6 p.m.
The selected book for February is New Native Kitchen by Chefs Freddie Bitsoie and James O. Fraioli.
Each month, club members will choose, prepare at home and then share a dish from the selected title. Members gather on the last Sunday of the month to sample each other’s recipes, discuss cooking techniques and share stories.
