Bainville Boys Drop Game In Plentywood

The Bainville Bulldogs were outscored in the second half and dropped a 58-47 boys’ basketball contest in Plentywood on Friday, Feb. 10.

Bainville held a 12-10 lead at the end of the first quarter and held a 26-24 half-time advantage.

Plentywood moved ahead with 16 points in the third quarter for a 40-33 margin.

Plentywood added 18 points in the final period.

Reaching double figures for the Bulldogs were Charles Butikofer with 17, Ayden Knudsen with 13 and Alex Strickland with 11 points.

Samuel Butikofer and Reese Harmon added three points each.

Top scorers for the Wildcats were Carson Solberg with 15, Noah Murray with 13 and Conner Howard with 10 points.
