Froid/Lake Girls Edge Fairview

The Froid/Lake Red Hawks earned a league girls’ basketball victory over Fairview, 5442, on Friday, Jan. 27.

The Red Hawks gained a 14-9 advantage in the first quarter and increased the margin to 28-19 during the second period.

Froid/Lake held a 43-28 lead after three quarters of play.

Dasani Nesbit accounted for 20 points to lead the Red Hawks. Also reaching double figures were Baylee Davidson with 13 and Brooklyn Nordwick with 12 points.

Rounding out the scoring were Mara Salvevold with four, Avery Johnson with three and Jaeleigh Davidson with two points.
