Lustre Boys Beat Nashua Squad, 79-33

Lustre accounted for 46 points in the first half and knocked off Dodson, 79-33, in home boys’ basketball play on Tuesday, Jan. 17.

The Lions gained a 23-8 lead in the first quarter and increased the gap to 46-15 at the half.

Lustre held a 67-26 advantage after three quarters of play.

Reaching double figures for Lustre were Elijah Lenihan with 12, Jasiah Hambira with 11, Cayden Klatt with 10 and Byron Ewing with 10 points.

Also scoring were Alex Chen with nine, Braden Ewing with nine, Diek Olfert with six, Johnslee Pierre with six, Nathan Fast with four and Cam Reddig with two points.

Mickey Jaynes finished with 13 points for Dodson.
