Frazer Loses Games To North Country

Frazer dropped both basketball contests at home against North Country on Saturday, Jan. 14.

Frazer’s boys lost by a 74-37 final.

The Bearcubs were competitive in the first half. North Country led 17-13 at the end of the first quarter and 36-25 at the half.

The Mavericks outscored Frazer by a 24-5 margin in the third quarter.

In the girls’ game, North County posted a 77-11 victory.

The Mavericks led 35-6 at the end of the first quarter and 46-6 at intermission.

North Country’s top scorers were Paige Wasson with 19, Teagan Erickson with 15 and Mattea McColly with 11 points.
