County Reports 14 COVID Cases

Roosevelt County reported 14 active COVID cases as of Friday, Jan. 13. There have been 3,927 total cases in the county. Roosevelt County Health Department hosts COVID-19 vaccine clinics in Wolf Point the first and third Thursdays of the month, and in Culbertson on the fourth Thursday. Clinics for children 5-11 years of age are held every three weeks on Fridays. Call 406-653-6223 for a COVID vaccine appointment.

Area Statistics

Daniels County had zero active cases as of Friday, Jan. 13. The county has 480 cumulative cases. Valley County reported nine active cases as of Friday, Jan. 13. The county has 2,097 cumulative cases.

In McCone County, there were zero active cases as of Friday, Jan. 13. There have been 448 cumulative cases.

Phillips County had two active cases as of Friday, Jan. 13. There have been 1,137 cumulative cases in the county.

For Richland County, there were six active cases as of Friday, Jan. 13. There have been 2,969 cumulative cases.

Sheridan County had two active cases as of Friday, Jan. 13. There have been 897 cumulative cases in the county.

Statewide

According to Montana health officials, the state’s total number of known cases now stands at 324,726 since the start of the pandemic. Around the state, there are 1,020 active cases and 750 newly reported cases in the last week.

By Friday, Jan. 13, a total of 3,630 deaths have been reported statewide. A total of 13,955 individuals have been hospitalized.

North Dakota Statistics

Williams County, N.D., had 31 active cases as of Thursday, Jan. 12.

McKenzie County, N.D., had two active cases as of Thursday, Jan. 12.

Divide County, N.D., had one active case as of Thursday, Jan. 12.

Vaccine Doses

As of Friday, Jan. 13, 1,650,857 total doses have been administered in Montana. There are 573,303 or 53 percent fully immunized Montanans.

In Roosevelt County, 15,207 total doses have been administered as of Friday, Jan. 13. There are 5,866 fully immunized for 54 percent of the county’s eligible population for vaccination.

In Valley County, 9,268 total doses have been administered. There are 3,303 fully immunized for 45 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In Daniels County, 1,971 total doses have been administered. There are 701 fully immunized for 43 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In McCone County, 1,289 total doses have been administered. There are 433 fully immunized for 26 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In Richland County, 10,965 total doses have been administered. There are 4,161 fully immunized for 38 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In Phillips County, 4,834 total doses have been administered. There are 1,796 fully immunized for 46 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.

In Sheridan County, 5,545 total doses have been administered. There are 1,863 fully immunized for 57 percent of the county’s population eligible for vaccination.
