Linda Hopkins, 25, female, 200 block of Main Street, criminal mischief, public intoxication, fleeing from or eluding an officer, carrying a concealed weapon and resisting arrest, tribal court.

October 13

Iva Ricker, 19, female, 404 Idaho Street, minor in possession and disorderly conduct, tribal court. Christian Birdhat, 20, male, First Avenue North and U.S. Highway 2, minor in possession, tribal court. Adam Taylor, 20, male, First Avenue North and U.S. Highway 2, minor in possession, tribal court. Brandon Redboy Jr., 23, male, First Avenue North and U.S. Highway 2, contributing to the delinquency of a minor (three counts), tribal court.

Joseph Stiffarm, 18, male, First Avenue North and U.S. Highway 2, minor in possession, tribal court.

Kenneth Bauer, 22, male, 300 block of U.S. Highway 2, criminal trespass to property and aggravated disorderly conduct, tribal court.

Cassie Gibbs, 40, female, 100 block of East Front Street, endangering welfare of children, partner/family member assault and resisting arrest, tribal court.

October 15

Ethan Four Bear, 20, male, 500 block of Custer Street, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, aggravated assault, criminal trespass and criminal possession of dangerous drugs, tribal court.
