Bainville Wins Set Against North Country
Bainville won one set against powerful North Country during league volleyball action in Bainville on Friday, Sept. 9. North Country captured a 17-25, 25-15, 2520, 25-14, victory.
“We had a game plan and the girls executed it really well in the first set,” Bainville coach Kallie Clarke said. “Once North Country started passing better and setting up their offense, it was difficult to stop.”
Leaders for the Bulldogs included Brecklyn Pippenger and Miah Pippenger with five kills each. Kendra Romo finished with seven assists. Lila Butikofer served four aces. Hailey Berwick and B. Pippenger accounted for five digs each. Elsie Wilson and B. Pippenger had blocks.
