Food Pantry To Be Closed Until Aug. 23

The Wolf Point Food Pantry will not be open again until Aug. 23, due to a shortage of food.

The pantry will receive a truck on Tuesday, Aug. 9, at 4:30 p.m. and could use help unloading the items.

Since reopening in April, the pantry has served 533 families representing 2,159 individuals and has provided 20,466 pounds of food.

The pantry still needs a couple of people to step up and join its board of directors. There is a good core of faithful volunteers, but more are needed.

Donations of food have been received from the Northeast Montana Charitable Foundation and Agland West convenience store.

If you can help, call Gary at 406-650-7040.
