New Bainville Council, Mayor

Incoming Bainville mayor Toby Romo was sworn in at Bainville Town Hall at 3 p.m. Dec. 30. Councilpersons (not pictured) Nick Tester and Carol Rasmussen were also sworn in at the ceremony. Matt Giese will be sworn in to the council at a later date.
