Allen Russell, 40, of Poplar died Dec. 24, 2021, at Poplar Community Hospital.

A wake will be held on Wednesday, Jan 5, at 7 p.m. with funeral services on Thursday, Jan. 6, at 1 p.m., all at the Poplar Cultural Center. Interment will follow at Fort Kipp Cemetery. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel was entrusted with arrangements.
