Sievers Receives Suspended Sentence

Tammy Jo Sievers, 58, of Richland was sentenced for possession of dangerous drugs, meth, in district court on Wednesday, June 16.

She received a suspended sentence of four years and was fined $500.

District judge David Cybulski said Sievers is a good prospect for rehabilitation.

In a different court case on June 16, Timothy Patrick Johnson made not guilty pleas to three charges.

The charges include forgery by accountability, theft by accountability and obtaining anything by fraud or illegal gambling devices.
