Lustre Christian scored 42 points in the boys’ division and 16 points in the girls’ division during track action in Lambert on Friday, April 30. Winning team titles were Circle’s girls and Plentywood’s boys. Jasiah Hambira finished first in the 400 with a time of 54.93 seconds, cleared 6-0 for first place in the high jump and had a best of 19-4 for top honors in the long jump.

Hambira, a sophomore, earned second in the triple jump with a mark of 37-11. He finished fourth in the 200 in 24.74 seconds.

Cayden Klatt took eighth in the 1600 and seventh in the 300-meter hurdles.

On the girls’ side, Tiara Whitmus earned third in the discus at 96-05, third in the javelin at 86-0 and fourth in the shot put at 32-10.

Alexa Reddig was seventh in the 100-meter hurdles and Aubri Holzrichter was eighth in the 400.

The Lions will compete in Wolf Point on Friday, May 7, and in Glasgow on Saturday, May 8.
