Russell Necklace

Russell Dean Necklace, 69, of Poplar died Dec. 10, 2020, at the Billings Clinic.

He was born Jan. 9, 1951, to Christine Youngman Lizotte and Felix John Necklace.

On Sept. 19, 1979, he met Judy Grey Bear. From their union of 41 years, they had three girls, Lori Jo, D’anna and Krissandra; and five grandchildren.

He attended Poplar Schools, then continued his education, worked at A& S Tribal Industries and at West Electronics until his death.

He enjoyed taking nature rides with Judy and the girls, listening to oldies and spending time with grandchildren. He enjoyed playing keno machines and having a good time with loved ones and friends.

He was preceded in death by brothers, WJ, Michael and Harold; and sister, Mae Dust.

A graveside service was held Tuesday, Dec. 22, at the Fort Kipp Cemetery. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel was entrusted with the arrangements.
