Sites Announced For Tourneys

The Montana High School Association announced last week the locations for state volleyball tournaments. The tourney begin on Thursday, Nov. 12.

Sites selected were Sidney for Class A, Shelby for Class B and Malta for Class C. Class AA volleyball will use a playoff format.

Bozeman traditionally hosts all four classes for the state tournaments. Bozeman turned down the option because of the coronavirus pandemic.

MHSA encouraged cities to work with their health departments in order to develop plans for hosting a state tournament.

Ticket restrictions will include a maximum of six tickets per uniformed player, maximum of four tickets for each alternate and manager, two tickets per coach and two tickets for each cheerleader.
