Myra Leigh Bullchief-Weston, 43, died Sept. 10, 2022, in Billings. She was born on Jan. 27, 1979, to Rose Mary and Marvin Bullchief Sr. at St. Vincent’s in Billings. She grew up in Frazer, where she attended HeadStart and elementary school with her many friends and cousins. The family moved to Wolf Point, where she attended elementary, junior and high school. She graduated from Wolf Point High School in May 1998. During her high school years, she helped raise Heather Rose, her first baby girl. She was dedicated back to the Lord before the age of one, by Pastor Abel Sr. and Donna Follet. She worked at McDonald’s, then went to CNA training. She was so happy and proud of herself when she received her CNA certificate. She worked at Faith Lutheran Home, where she worked until her mother got sick. She helped take care of her mother until her mother’s death in 2004. In 2003, she met Brian Weston Sr. From this union, they had four boys, Dylan Morgan, Brent Lee, Brian Harry Jr. and Xander Jaymez. She also helped him raise three older kids, Taylor, Tay-Lee and Briann. The copule married in June 2019. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She had a big heart and helped take care of her sisters’ and brothers’ children and her grandchildren. She had many special nieces, nephews and grandchildren in her life that she helped raise, Heather Rose, Twyla Darnell, Ashley Ruth, Renae, Kylie Hope, Jason, Trevor, Valen, Quintin Galen, Lil Puff, Farren and Alex Dale. She was always walking around and always had her big cup of ice or a slushie. She was someone who was there for everyone. She could make you feel better when you were feeling down and just needed to vent. She was always playing music and cleaning or just watching movies. She was always collecting things, pennies, pens, little toys and knick knacks. She is survived by her children, Dylan, Brent, Brian Jr., Xander, Tay-Lee, Taylor and Briann; husband, Brian Weston Sr.; sisters, Melanie Saulteaux of Wolf Point, Taryn Jackson of Frazer and Emoree Gray of Billings; and brother, Rory Hotomani of Missoula. She was preceded in death by sisters, Shirlene Bull Chief, Twyla Bull Chief and Marva Bull Chief; and brothers, Marvin Bull Chief Jr., Larron Hotomani, Valen Hotomani, Corwin Fourstar, Lyle Miller, Kipp Stiffarm and Stevie Douglas. Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 24, at the New Community Hall in Wolf Point. Interment was at Chelsea Cemetery. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
