Paul Douglas Nygaard is facing two drug-related felonies regarding fentanyl.
Each of the counts are criminal distribution of dangerous drugs by accountability.
According to court documents, special agent Raul Figueroa determined that Nygaard was distributing, through dozens of transactions, fentanyl in Roosevelt County.
Maximum penalties are 10 years in the Montana State Prison, a $50,000

The Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office, the Gallatin County Coroner’s Office and the Montana Highway Patrol are investigating a two-vehicle fatality that occurred near I-90 at mile marker 293 on the evening of Thursday, Oct. 27.
Madalynn Raab, 25, of Culbertson, died in the accident.
According to reports, Raab was traveling westbound in the eastbound lane and collided with another vehicle
