The newspaper world felt sadness recently when it was announced that the owner of a chain of papers was closing eight newspapers in Wyoming. Not only was it terrible news for those newspapers’ employees, but readers were suddenly no longer able to have their community news to look forward to each issue. The annual Fort Kipp Celebration is set for Friday through Saturday. Camping day is Thursday. Dance categories will include adult men’s grass, chicken, fancy and traditional and women’s jingle, fancy and traditional, with categories for teen boys and girls, juniors, tiny tots and golden age contestants. Grand entries are planned Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday at 1 and 7 p.m. and Sunday at 1 and
