Thursday Fire Burns Abandoned Apartments
The Wolf Point Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire at an apartment on the 200 block of Eureka Street early Thursday evening, Nov. 20. Fire Chief Clint Bushman reports, “We believe it to be arson with an accelerant used, such as gasoline. It was started in the lower level corner apartment. Bisbee Offers Pow-Wow Calendar, Book
Local author Vicki Bisbee has been busy as she is releasing a calendar and her third book regarding Assiniboine culture. The calendar features a full list of pow-wows along with a photo for each month.
“I wanted to do the months, and I thought I might as well do a calendar,” Bisbee explained.
The calendars, which cost $10, are available by calling her at 406-650-7825.
