The wheat harvest has begun. Fires in the north Benrud area have taken hay lands. The Lustre Grade School board met Aug. 19 and approved the budget for the coming 2022-2023 school year. Roosevelt County reported 31 active COVID cases as of Friday, Aug. 19. There have been 3,478 total cases in the county. Roosevelt County Health Department hosts COVID-19 vaccine clinics in Wolf Point the first and third Thursdays of the month, and in Culbertson on the fourth Thursday.
