The last day to claim the Montana Property Tax Rebate is Monday, Oct. 2. The Montana Department of Revenue has extended the deadline to claim the property tax rebate by one day to Oct. 2. The original deadline in House Bill 222 was Oct. 1. However, Oct. 1 is a Sunday.
