Three players from District 2B were voted to the Class B All-State volleyball squad this season. Lekvold Promoted at Independence Bank


Independence Bank is pleased to announce that Jedd Lekvold has been promoted to senior loan officer - assistant vice president of ag lending. Lekvold joined the Bank in 2007 as a lender and has spent the past 13 years working in our Scobey and Poplar branches. School Board, Teachers Negotiations Stall

School Board, Teachers Negotiations Stall


The on-going collective bargaining process regarding the Wolf Point School Board and the Wolf Point Education Association will apparently take a break. During a meeting on Thursday, Nov. 13, the parties agreed to postpone talks until Jan. 12 when hopefully more funding data is available.
