The Fort Peck Tribal Executive Board has set a curfew of 10 p.m. for juveniles. The resolution notes that the tribes find it necessary to declare a state of emergency due to recent juvenile violence “that is threatening the well-being and safety of the tribes’ members and communities.” The resolution said that parents and guardians will be accountable for the action of the juveniles

David Sean Lucero is facing the charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, fentanyl. His initial appearance is scheduled for Oct. 24. Bail has been set for $25,000. Maximum penalties are five years in jail, a $5,000 fine or both. According to court documents, the Montana Highway Patrol was contacted by a Fort Peck Tribes narcotics officer on Aug. 2 regarding a vehicle allegedly to
