Foundation Holds Golf Tournament
The Northeast Montana Health Services Charitable Foundation held its 26th annual golf tournament at the Wolf Point Airport Golf Club on Saturday, June 24. The tournament attracted 20 four-person teams.
“There’s all sorts of fun going on,” Brandi Wilkinson, executive director, said during the tournament. “There are a lot of volunteers. It’s a great tournament.”

Badger Creek Shooting Sports Promotes Safety, Family Events
The goal of Badger Creek Shooting Sports to promote safety in the area has been helped recently by a donation from Ag-West Farm Credit Services.
The donation geared to improve the shooting range’s backstops and firing range was for $3,000. The range is located south of Poplar.
“It will go a long ways to improve the range we’re working on,” said Wayne Brown, director of operations
Ag Research Topics Discussed During Froid Reacher Field Day
The Froid Research Farm Field Day featured seven tour talks for area producers on Thursday, June 22.
“We’re glad to be back after a couple of years,” Dave Branson, research leader for the USDA-ARS in Sidney’s Pest Management Research Unit, said during a welcome.
He said researchers hope to continue to learn what are concerns from stockholders and producers.
