Frazer Girls Expect Good Results Throughout Season
The Frazer Bearcubs head into the girls’ basketball season with confidence on achieving success.
The Bearcubs start the season with a turnout of 12 players including four eighth-graders.
“It’s really good for the Frazer Lady Bearcubs,” coach Cody Larson said. “It’s exciting.”
Frazer returns six players from a season ago. Those players are senior Angel Nelligan, senior Shakira

Maryl Ann Colgan, 34, of Billings died Thursday, Nov. 16, 2023, in Billings.
She was born to Debra and Paul Douglas Colgan on June 11, 1989, in Poplar. She attended Poplar Schools and graduated in May 2007.
She moved to Billings and attended Montana State University - Billings, majoring in human services. She loved to work and made many lifelong friends in the service industry.
She enjoyed collecting treasures, rummaging abandoned houses and giving new life to forgotten goods. She loved spending time with her family and friends and regularly gifted them with trinkets she handpicked.

Bearcubs Look For Solid Boys’ Basketball Season
Frazer’s boys’ basketball squad is shooting to move up in the District 3C standings this season.
“We did some good things this summer,” Frazer coach Myron Jackson said.
Returning players for the Bearcubs include Ty Fourstar, Christopher Fox, Cassius Smoker, Travis Long, Jarvis Goodbird, Chase Jackson, Joseph Beston, Zayden Hentges and Gabe Beston.

Lustre Hopes To Continue Winning Habit This Season
Coming off their best season in school history, Lustre Christian’s boys’ basketball team hopes to reach its goal again this campaign.
Last year, the Lions won the Eastern C divisional championship and went on to play at the Class C state tournament.
