The Froid Town Council held its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Dec. 8, at the community center. The full council was in attendance, as were mayor Sheri Crain, clerk LeeAnn Johnson, Roosevelt County Sheriff’s deputy Russ Corbell and Penny Ryder. There were no additions to the meeting agenda. The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office responded to 101 calls from Dec. 1-8. The calls included the following: Dec. 1 Deputies assisted with a child custody exchange per court orders in Poplar.
