A familiar face will be missing from this year’s Roosevelt County Fair, which is scheduled for Aug. 6-9 in Culbertson. Long-time 4-H supporter Phyllis Sethre died last December at the age of 78. She and her husband, Gary, volunteered for the Roosevelt County 4-H program for 35 years. She organized the Frontier club in Wolf Point. She was also a leader in all levels of the horsemanship and
