Bainville Athletes Place During Sidney Invitational
Bainville’s girls scored 26 points in the girls’ division and 11 in the boys’ division during the 20-team Sidney Invitational held in cold and sometimes snowy weather.
Despite strong competition, Elsie Wilson captured top honors in the long jump with a mark of 17-1.
Wilson, a senior, placed third in the 100-meter dash with a time of 13.3 and took seventh in the triple mark with a mark
Red Hawks Compete In Sidney
The Froid/Lake Red Hawks put together strong efforts during the Sidney Invitational on Friday, April 18.
Cody Olson earned fifth place in the javelin with a best of 134-4.
Joseph Robertson finished eighth in the 1600 with a time of 5:22.95.
The boys’ 400-meter relay team featuring Rylan Young, Eduardo Orozco, Robertson and Olson took ninth at 50.04.
