Brockton Runners Working To Earn Honors This Season
An impressive turnout has the Brockton cross country program confident of a positive season and future.
The girls’ high school squad features Braelynn DeMarrias, Taylor Cummins, Tamryn Bauer, Marlene Fish, Jade Olney, Taiya Fish, Claire Clampit, Reese DeCoteau and RayKira Track. Middle school girls are Maddie Fish, Skylar Cummins and Raven Baker.

Volleyball Squad Shoots For Good Year
Brockton’s volleyball squad is aiming to make some noise in the district standings this upcoming season.
Players for the Warriors include Marlene Fish, Taylor Cummins, Tatawna Youngman, Claire Clampit, Reese DeCoteau, Braelynn DeMarrias, Taiya Fish, Jade Olney and Raykira Track.

Fort Kipp Hosts Annual Celebration
The Fort Kipp Celebration was held over the weekend. The community is located 10 miles east of Brockton and 10 miles west of Culbertson.
Culbertson’s Mary Machart told the Northern Plains Independent that the addition of artificial turf to the arena was a nice touch. “The most noticeable addition was the fake grass,” she said. “Kept the dust down and it made all of the vibrant colors
Lustre Volleyball
Lustre’s volleyball squad will open its season in Culbertson on Saturday, Aug. 31. The Lions play
home on Sept. 6-7.
