50 Years
Mary Ellen (Ellerkamp) and Bob Fossum celebrated their 59th anniversary with family at a party hosted at Ron and Sharon Matney’s residence in Culbertson Sept. 7. The couple were married Sept. 6, 1974, at the same location back when the property belonged to Mary Ellen’s parents. “I thought it most appropriate that they return to the place where it all began,” Sharon told the Community News.
Student Athletes
Montana State University athletes from eastern Montana are helping coach the Bozeman Outreach Bobcats Special Olympics basketball team for the 2024/2025 season.
