The Bainville Bulldogs aim to continue their very successful school year in athletics with a good track season this spring. The Bulldogs feature 18 athletes, equally divided between boys and girls. Bainville’s girls’ squad includes school record holders Elsie Wilson and Hailey Berwick. Wilson, a senior, is the school record holder in the 100, long jump, triple jump and 300-meter hurdles.

The Froid/Lake golf program has a turnout of nine golfers to start the season under new head coach Autumn Murray. Murray’s golf background includes taking up the sport and playing it quite a bit as an adult. “It came down to the final day and no one had signed up,” Murray said of why she took over the duties. “I didn’t want the program to cease to exist. I have a passion for golf.”
