A wake will be held Thursday, June 19, at 7 p.m. at the James Black Dog Center in Fort Kipp. Funeral services will be Friday, June 20, at 2 p.m. at the James Black Dog Center. Interment will be at the Fort Kipp Cemetery. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel of Wolf Point was entrusted with the arrangements.

The tradition of the event being held during Stampede weekend continues since the event’s date is Saturday, July 12, at Sherman Park. There is a slight change regarding the hours since the times will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

A motion was approved accepting a bid from Corland Construction at $1,099,086 with the town paying a total cost of approximately $37,000 after matching grants from the FAA and other organizations.
