Dealing With Extreme Cold
•Wear layers of loose-fitting, lightweight, warm clothing.

This year the Roosevelt County DUI Task Force is offering up a scholarship of $500 to any high school senior graduating in 2022 from a school within the boundaries of Roosevelt County.
The focus of this year’s scholarship is to write an essay on how the student chooses to live above the influence of alcohol use, drug use, peer pressure, bullying or any other negative influences around them.

Lance Fourstar is the newest addition to the Wolf Point City Council. He ran unopposed and was sworn in by Judge Traci Harada Dec. 22 at the Roosevelt County Courthouse.
“I have worked throughout my life within the government, business and nonprofit aspects of society,” said Fourstar. “I have a good idea how to be a voice as a public servant.”
Fourstar’s nephew, Trey, 21, died

The program is designed to help Tribal homeowners with minor repairs or replacements on appliances that are completely out of working order and may cause a threat to the health and welfare of the individual or household.
