Latoya Lambert, 32, died Aug. 19, 2020, in Billings. A prayer service were held on Wednesday, Aug. 26, at 7 p.m. at Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Aug. 27, at Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Ann’s Cemetery. The Valley County Long Run Fire Department announced Aug. 24 that the Hill Fire was largely contained as of Sunday. The fire was located west of the Pines Recreation Area on Bureau of Land Management land in Valley County. The total size of the fire was 3,266.5 acres.
