Commissioners Move Forward With Public Roads’ Regulations

Roosevelt County commissioners approved declaring the existence of seven county roads during their weekly meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 20. Correction

In last week’s story about new ownership at the former Hometown Market in Culbertson, Cassandra and Eric Bergum were misidentified as sole owners of the new store, Heritage Market. Ownership includes Cassandra’s brother Chris Newbill and his wife, Stefanie. Newbill works for Microsoft and is on the Roosevelt Memorial Healthcare Foundation board of directors.

Cowboys Keep Rolling With Victory Over Circle

The Culbertson Cowboys got the fireworks out for their homecoming game against Circle on Friday, Sept. 23, as their explosive offensive attack led the way in a 64-34 league victory. Each squad scored a touchdown in the first quarter. Culbertson reached the end zone on a 50-yard quarterback keeper run by Bridger Salvevold while Circle scored when Jaron Taylor battled in from the one on a fourthdown
