Bigleggins Charged With Involuntary Manslaughter

Laval John Bigleggins, 36, of Wolf Point was arraigned or appeared last week before U.S. Magistrate judges on indictments handed down by the Grand Jury or on criminal complaints. Bigleggins is facing the charge of involuntary manslaughter.
