Students Learn During District Music Festival
Culbertson High School was alive with music during the District 13 music festival held on Friday, April 21, and Saturday, April 22.
More than 100 students were involved with band or choral events. Participating schools included Culbertson, Froid, Plentywood, Scobey and Westby.

Library Federation Members Hold Meeting
Members of the Golden Plains Library Federation discussed a variety of topics during its semi-annual meeting held in Wolf Point on Thursday, April 20.
The federation includes library representatives from the eastern Montana counties of Phillips, Sheridan, Valley, Blaine, Daniels and Roosevelt. The Fort Peck Community College is also represented.

Bighorn Says Move To Froid Was Great Decision
After transferring from South Dakota prior to his junior year, Froid High School senior Patton Bighorn has found Froid to be a great place to live.
“I’m really happy that I came up here,” Bighorn said.
Being a two-year varsity basketball player including a starter this season has been a highlight for him.
“The support we received was enlightening,” he said.
