Roosevelt County commissioners said safety efforts are among the top projects to be worked on during 2024. According to information from the Montana Department of Labor and Industry for November, Roosevelt County ranks 44th in the state with an unemployment level of 3.6 percent. The county’s unemployment rate is 1.2 percent higher than a year ago. There are 4,233 employed workers in the county, which is 69 less than a year ago.
