The Culbertson Town Council held its regular meeting Monday, March 11. Steve and Shelley Baldwin were present in the audience, as were Lary Pearson and Ian Walker. No public comment was offered. A watch party regarding local government is scheduled at the Roosevelt County Library in Wolf Point on Thursday, March 28, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The Montana Constitution is unique in that it requires the citizens of the state be given the opportunity to vote on the option to study their form and structure of local government once every 10 years. This process is known as the Montana Local Government
