Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks is seeking public comment related to the environmental impacts of the proposed list of funding awards for the 2024 Trail Stewardship Program grant cycle. This year the program is recommending $2,000,000 in grant funds to 36 projects around the state.

The Montana Department of Commerce announced last week that 32 Montana towns, cities and counties — including Wolf Point, Culbertson and Richey — will share more than $1 million of grant funding to help develop and plan infrastructure projects to increase the health and safety for those communities and their residents. The funding is through Commerce’s Montana Coal Endowment Program.

Beginning in April, a confidential space is being hosted for teens to speak freely about school pressures, relationship problems, peer pressure, family struggles or whatever is on your mind.
The group will meet at the Culbertson Town Hall on the second and fourth Tuesdays monthly starting at 6 p.m. Two adults certified in mental health first aid will be available to help facilitate discussions.
