Legion Park Access Clarified By Cybulski
District Court Judge David Cybulski filed an order Aug. 7, bringing a potential conclusion to a longstanding dispute over access to American Legion Park in Culbertson.

Cody Olson, member of the Froid FFA club, was optimistic heading into steer judging at the Roosevelt County Fair in Culbertson on Friday, Aug. 9.
“I was pretty confident,” Olson, who is entering his junior year in high school, said on Friday afternoon. “I took him out last night and walked him. I felt pretty good.”

4-H Council Salutes Swank, Welcome Stop
The late Pearl Swank of the Poplar area and the Welcome Stop in Bainville were saluted by the Roosevelt County 4-H Council during the county fair’s livestock auction held on Friday, Aug. 9.
Since 2008, the Roosevelt County 4-H Council has recognized an individual and local business for their dedication and involvement with the 4-H program.
