Officials are making some progress in their investigation regarding problems with providing water to some Brockton residents. In October, Roosevelt County commissioners agreed to pay $6,000 to investigate a water pressure problem. The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office responded to 64 calls from Nov. 17-21. The calls included the following: Nov. 17 Deputies responded to Poplar’s tribal housing for a report of a female assaulting another female. They were fighting over some property. Average gasoline prices in Montana have fallen 0.3 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.99/g on Monday, Nov. 24, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 615 stations in Montana.
