There were guilty pleas delivered during district court hearings held in Roosevelt County on Wednesday, Oct. 15.
Payton Brockie Brown made a guilty plea for criminal possession of dangerous drugs, Xanax.
Brown admitted that during a traffic stop on Sept. 10, law enforcement found Xanax in a pill bottle in her purse.
District Judge Benjamin Fosland ordered a pre sentencing investigation

Some spooky class advisors were seen moving Halloween- themed items into the old C& B building at 21 2nd Street W. in downtown Culbertson during the weekend.
A haunted house fundraiser event to benefit the Culbertson High School junior class is planned at the location for Saturday, Oct. 25. The event is scheduled to run from 7 to 10 p.m.
