Poplar’s golf program has a new coach and several new players this season. Brock Copenhaver is guiding the Indians’ golf program this year. Poplar’s two-time state wrestling champion Jazmin Gorder has signed to compete with Minot State University’s wrestling program. Gorder said she knew she was going to attend Minot State after a visit to the school late in 2021. “I had my mind made up. I just didn’t tell anybody,” the senior laughed. Minot is entering its first season of having a women’s wrestling program.
