Frontier Elementary School’s new music teacher, Olga McNulty, was born in Kamianske, Ukraine.
Known as Dniprodzerzhynsk during the Soviet period, the city is located in the central part of the country. McNulty received her early education in Krivoy Rog, Ukraine’s eighth largest city. She returned to Dniprodzerzhynsk for college, where she earned her master’s degree in music education.
